Ten-minute contemplation
Sit comfortably and reduce distractions. Place the three-letter form יחו where it can be viewed without strain, either on the screen or written on paper.
For several slow breaths, attend only to the visual form of the letters. Do not force an altered state or attempt to manufacture an experience.
Then bring one situation involving leadership, loyalty, trust, or responsibility to mind. Ask: What am I not seeing clearly? What duty is actually mine? What would competent, ethical authority look like here?
Close by identifying one concrete action that increases clarity or order. The purpose of the exercise is reflection and deliberate conduct, not a claim of supernatural certainty.
